Antenna change and manual rotation

Today 5th of July (2016) it is time for the VHF (144 Mhz) activity contest (NAC). Time for me to change between the vertical (mainly for 20 and 15 m bands), to the small directional antenna with hand rotation for 144 Mhz.

Things are a little primitive at the summer QTH, but that is also the charm and intention.
