SM2DPS on a higher level :-)

Yes, now the two loops for 15 and 20 m are on a slightly higher level. The two poles in the picture are now a little more than 6 m from the flor level of the solarium on the 3rd floor. Each one prolonged with a 1.5 m pipe.

This elevated the feeding points so that the 20 m is above the clothing line and the 15 m is at the roof level of the 3rd floor. The two loops are further from the Internet WIFI unit, but still too close especially for 20 m.

Result: Impedance raised on the two bands, see below. Noise, from the WIFI internet unit on the pole to right, decreased to s 1 to S 2 on 15 m and maybe with one s-unit to between s 8 and s 9 on 20 m.There is now a very small difference between the vertical and the loop on 20m. The two poles are now definitely non resonant on any of the two bands. Maybe they resonate on 25 MHz? This and the elevation from the floor of the feeding points (current maximum) probably changed/increased the impedance. Theoretically it should be 100 - 120 ohms in free space.

First QSO (SSB) was with PT7ZT on 15 m. S 8. Not too bad with 100 W.
